The executive committee shall consist of the chairperson, vice chairperson secretary General, Treasurer, and three committee members.
The Quorum for the Executive Committee meeting shall be five members personally present.
The executive committee may fill any vacancy by appointing a member of the foundation if needed without waiting for SGM or AGM 
Any member who is upsent from three consecutive meetings without prior leave granted by the committee shall automatically vacate his or her position but shall be eligible for reappointment
